Description of Services
The Berlin Council of Aging (COA) offers transportation via the COA Van.
The van is available for Berlin residents who are 60+ years old or any resident with a disability. The priority rides are for medical appointments and necessities. There is a 48-72-hour advance notice requirement. Please schedule by calling 978-838-2750 or emailing coa@townofberlin.com
The COA van operates under the COVID-19 protocols, there is a limit on how many people can be accommodated at the time. Also, a mask and a temperature check are required along with a few symptoms related questions before entering the van. These COVID-19 protocols also apply to any escort traveling with a rider.
Fee: Free and donation strongly suggested of $3.00 to support the van expenses. Checks only
